LRN Corporation uses certain platforms as subprocessors, which includes but not limited to infrastructure suppliers or other third-party vendors, to assist it in providing the LRN Services as described in the “Knowledge Service Agreement” [KSM]. By agreeing to the MSA or DPA, you agree all of these subprocessors that may store and process Client Data.

Unless otherwise provided for in your service agreement with LRN (which terms control), you may object to a subprocessor by submitting your objection by email to privacy@lrn.com with subject line “Subprocessor Objection,” along with your name, your company’s name, name of the service, name of the subprocessors and grounds for objection. LRN shall work with the requestor to understand and address the concern till their satisfaction.
As business grows and evolves, the subprocessors that LRN utilize may also change. LRN will notify Clients with notice of any new subprocessors to the extent required under contractual agreement, along with posting such updates here.
