LRN Corporation (“LRN”) engages certain third-party entities (each, a “Sub-processor”), including but not limited to infrastructure providers and other service providers, to support the delivery of the LRN services as described in the applicable Master Service Agreement (“MSA”). By entering into the MSA and/or DPA, you acknowledge and agree that these Sub-processors may access, store, and process Client Data solely for the purpose of providing the services in accordance with the terms of such agreements.
LRN conducts periodic compliance reviews of its sub-processors and requires its sub-processors to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard Personal Data, ensuring that such processing meets the standards required under applicable data protection laws and is consistent with the obligations set out in Data Processing Addendum.

Unless otherwise provided for in your service agreement with LRN (which terms control), you may object to a sub-processor by submitting your objection by email to privacy@lrn.com with subject line “Sub-processor Objection,” along with your name, your company’s name, name of the service, name of the sub-processor and grounds for objection. LRN shall work with the requestor to understand and address the concern till their satisfaction.
As business grows and evolves, the sub-processors that LRN utilize may also change. LRN will notify Clients with notice of any new sub-processors to the extent required under contractual agreement, along with posting such updates here.
