About Lippert

Lippert is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of engineered components, with a strong presence across North America, APAC, Europe, and Africa. In 2022, the company partnered with LRN to elevate its ethics and compliance (E&C) program, with a focus on making training more engaging, accessible, and aligned to the needs of a diverse workforce.

The challenge

The Lippert team recognized that its E&C program needed a comprehensive refresh to keep pace with a growing and globally distributed employee base. Key elements, including the Code of Conduct, training curriculum, and policies, required modernization to be more employee-focused and user-friendly.

Training content and delivery also needed to evolve. Lippert wanted courses that were easier for employees to navigate and more relevant to their day-to-day roles, while supporting a consistent, organization wide culture of compliance.

The solution

To address these needs, Lippert implemented LRN’s Inspire Library training courses and Catalyst Design. Inspire Library provided qualified, ready-to-use compliance content that could be quickly deployed across the organization. Catalyst Design enabled Lippert to customize that content, adding its own branding, design elements, and company specific context, so training felt tailored rather than generic.

LRN also helped Lippert roll out multilingual training so employees worldwide could access content in their preferred language. This ensured that all team members received the actual training, rather than a simplified or modified version, improving both inclusivity and comprehension.

Results

With LRN’s support, Lippert has transformed its ethics and compliance program and strengthened its culture of compliance. Initial initiatives have already reached nearly 75% compliance, demonstrating strong early engagement with the revamped training.

Multilingual course delivery ensures all employees receive high-quality, consistent content in their own language, rather than a modified version. This has improved accessibility, supported closer alignment with regulatory expectations, and raised the overall quality and effectiveness of the program.

Conclusion

By partnering with LRN and leveraging Inspire Library and Catalyst Design, Lippert has laid a strong foundation for a modern, employee-focused ethics and compliance program. Updated content, custom branding, and multilingual delivery have made training more accessible and relevant to a global workforce, while early results show rising engagement and stronger compliance.

The partnership has also given Lippert greater access to compliance expertise and improved alignment with regulatory expectations, positioning the company to continue building an effective, scalable E&C program that supports its people and its growth worldwide.

“Response times are excellent. Extremely pleased with the start of our partnership with LRN.”
