For the past six years, Corteva has partnered with LRN to strengthen its ethics and compliance program, updating major elements such as its Code of Conduct, training curriculum, and policies, and enhancing training content and delivery for a global workforce.
Corteva needed to modernize and streamline its ethics and compliance program across a large, geographically dispersed employee base. The company faced challenges updating its training content and delivery methods, as well as refreshing key program components like the Code of Conduct, core training, and disclosures. It was also looking to reduce administrative burden, gain better insight into conflicts of interest, and improve the overall training experience for employees while maintaining high standards for effectiveness, engagement, and regulatory alignment.
To address these needs, Corteva partnered with LRN and implemented a suite of solutions, including Inspire Library training courses, Code of Conduct reinvention services, Catalyst Reach for scalable training delivery, Catalyst Design for course editing, Catalyst Disclosures, Catalyst Mobile, and Catalyst Reveal for advanced insights. These tools enabled Corteva to deliver customized, industry-specific training and disclosures, access current courses and videos on key ethics and compliance risk areas that could be easily edited and translated and provide mobile access to training and other E&C resources. The Catalyst platform’s configurable, branded interface and Campaign Manager features allowed Corteva to deliver targeted training while reducing administrative time. Bi-weekly meetings with experienced LRN partners helped track project progress, discuss new features and courses, troubleshoot issues, and support a well-designed Code of Conduct process.
Through its partnership with LRN, Corteva achieved a 100% completion rate for mandatory courses and 100% leader review and mitigation (where needed) of employee disclosures. The organization gained improved insight into conflicts of interest and reduced administrative time through streamlined processes and more efficient technology. Employees reported positive feedback on the custom Code of Conduct refresher course and their overall training experience, citing ease of use, effectiveness, and engagement. Corteva rated its satisfaction with LRN’s client support, implementation, and delivery services as 9 out of 10, reflecting the strength of the collaboration and the impact on its ethics and compliance program.
