About Domino’s Pizza

Domino’s is the largest pizza company in the world with a global presence across
90 international markets serviced by more than 20,900 stores. Since 2021,
Domino’s has partnered with LRN to address key challenges in its ethics and
compliance program, such as updating training content and delivery, boosting
employee engagement, mitigating risk exposure, and fostering a culture of
compliance.

The challenge

Before partnering with LRN, Domino’s ethics and compliance program faced several challenges. Training content and delivery methods were outdated, making it difficult to capture and sustain employee interest. Engagement with ethics and compliance resources was limited, and the program did not fully reflect Domino’s current risk profile or the expectations of a modern, global workforce.

As a result, although completion rates approached 90%, the team knew there was room to modernize the program, reduce risk exposure, and make E&C training feel more relevant, accessible, and impactful for employees at all levels. Domino’s needed a solution that could refresh its content, improve the learning experience, and support a more robust, sustainable culture of compliance.

The solution

To address these needs, Domino’s implemented two core LRN solutions: Catalyst Design and the Inspire Library of training courses.

LRN supported Domino’s vision by implementing Catalyst Design to customize and deliver engaging, impactful compliance courses. Catalyst Design’s advanced customization capabilities enabled Domino’s to tailor courses by incorporating its unique brand identity and design elements, as well as editing content to be highly relevant and personalized to both the organization's and employees' compliance needs. In addition, by deploying courses from LRN's Inspire Library, Domino’s gained access to a broad catalog of content covering 13+ key risk areas and offering training in 70+ languages, ensuring that the training was comprehensive and engaging for its global workforce.

Results

By implementing Catalyst Design and Inspire Library courses, Domino’s significantly improved both the performance and perception of its ethics and compliance program. Training completion rates increased from a previous benchmark of around 90% to 100% completion, a key milestone that reflects both better engagement and more effective delivery.

Access to LRN’s global content library and advanced customization capabilities helped Domino’s reduce exposure to risk and support a more modern, technology-enabled compliance program. Employees reported that training felt more relevant and accessible, which in turn helped foster a stronger culture of compliance throughout the organization.

Conclusion

Domino’s experience shows how modernizing E&C training with tailored content and a robust content library can drive measurable impact. By updating course design, leveraging LRN’s Inspire Library, and partnering closely with LRN’s support and instructional design teams, Domino’s improved engagement, achieved 100% completion, and strengthened its overall culture of compliance and risk awareness.
