- Facilitation payments: Facilitation payments, i.e., payments made to government or public officials to expedite or smooth the process of routine administration processes, are considered bribes in many jurisdictions. This course will assist learners in recognizing and responding to requests for facilitation payments.
These new courses join previously released AI-enabled courses on Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Anti-Money Laundering, and Conflicts of Interest topics, providing the most robust library of conversational AI compliance training available on the market.
