2015 Learning Research: Measuring the Impact of Learning on your organization - Interactive Services

In 2014, Interactive Services completed it’s first learning research project to determine what the future of blended learning would looked like. One of the most discussed elements that we got feedback on was measuring the impact of learning as part of a standard project delivery. A combination of lack of dedicated resources, ownership and an overall need to move rapidly onto the next program in the pipeline often forces L&D to move on without properly evaluating a program’s impact.

For our 2015 research project we want to focus on this issue and see if we can develop a simple system to help standardize and improve measuring the impact of learning and development. More importantly we want to develop tactics that help clients communicate and create real leverage from the impact they uncover – this should be a process that improves the perception, relationship and interaction between L&D and it’s business customers.

The project will start in May and finish in November 2015 when we present at Elliott Masie’s Learning conference and publish our findings in a short paper.

We would be delighted if you would take 10 minutes to complete the following questionnaire and contribute to our research.
