This past week, Interactive Services hosted a working breakfast for compliance and learning professionals at the Irish Consulate of New York. The event, co-sponsored by Enterprise Ireland, brought together learning and compliance leaders from firms such as Morgan Stanley, Tiffany & Co and MasterCard.
The breakfast was an opportunity for participants to share what’s working at their firms and address some of the common challenges facing compliance training and learning leaders in 2015.
Matt Plass, Interactive Services CLO, shared our findings on the reasons why compliance training can fail.
Mark Dorosz, Interactive Services VP of Compliance Learning unveiled a new prototype for the Compliance Learning Center that will launch on January 31st, 2015. The Compliance Learning Center prototype demonstrated a new way to train on regulatory compliance, workplace conduct and data confidentiality.
Mark walked the group through an iPad-friendly topic on Insider Trading that demoed our new role profiling engine, diagnostic assessment technology and library of compliance learning scenarios.
In the coming weeks, we’ll be exploring some of the broader opportunities and steps that can raise the quality of corporate compliance training for large US and global workforces.
